VIÑADOR Sauvignon Blanc - Single Variety Dry White Wine

Dry white wine. The hot summers of West Texas makes for a unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc and very early harvests. Distinctive tropical tones and more body than examples from cool weather regions, while still retaining bright acidity. Smooth crisp finish. Palate of tropical fruits, vibrant citrus, and a note of melon. Aromas of lime zest, wildflowers, and a hint of vanilla. Aged on French oak. Serve chilled.
