VIÑADOR Marsanne - Single Variety Dry White

This vintaged wine is handcrafted each year to embody elegance and the sun-drenched Texas High Plains. Aged and allowed to rest sur lie for 18 months in a combination of acacia and white oak. This wine showcases bold honeycomb character with robust notes of apricot and a burst of other stone fruits (plum/peach/nectarine). Hints of mandarin orange and lemon zest add depth, culminating in a creme brulée finish. A great Texan alternative to cold climate varieties like chardonnay. This wine pairs well with charcuterie, shellfish, grilled vegetables, or hot summer days.
