VIÑADOR LBK Rosé - Lubbock Matadors SC Wine

Saignée rosé. Fruity and refreshing, great for a hot summer day, summer food, and sporting events! Hints of a “jolly rancher” on the finish! Saignée process bleeds off free-running juice (before fermentation or pressing) from red grapes. It is then fermented like a white wine, resulting in a light pink (rosé) colored wine from limited grape skin contact.
