Dark and bountiful - like the other (more famous) riches of our West Texas region, our Cabernet Sauvignon extracts the essence of our home from the soil beneath our feet - vibrant color, strong backbone, and surprising elegance.

Flavors of blackberry and currants are balanced with hints of vanilla, spice, and espresso. Powerful tannins and body make it suitable for many years of bottle aging - if enjoyed sooner, decanting for a time before serving to open up the softer notes is recommended.

Grown high up (3,018' in elevation) where the intense sun causes the grapes to have thick skins and small intensely flavored berries.
